Raven Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Ask Raven LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Raven ("Raven," "we," "us") governing your use of the Raven mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Raven, and by using the App you represent that you are. Raven recommends events at venues that may serve alcohol and enforce their own age restrictions (commonly 18+ or 21+); admission requirements are set by the venue and verified at the door, not by Raven.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard EULA terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or scrape the App or its content except as allowed by law.

4. Event information — no guarantee

Events, venues, artists, promoters, dates, line-ups, and prices shown in Raven are aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. We do not guarantee they are accurate, complete, current, or available. Always confirm details with the official organizer before making plans or purchases. Raven is not responsible for third-party event changes, cancellations, or errors.

5. Tickets

Raven helps you discover events and may link you to third-party ticket sellers. Raven does not sell tickets and is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, any ticket purchase, which is governed solely by the third-party seller's terms.

6. Your content

Raven has no public posting. Nothing you enter — your name, your photo, your taste preferences, your saved events, or what you say to Raven — is shown to other users. Your conversations with Raven are private to your account.

You keep ownership of what you enter. You grant Raven a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and process it for the sole purpose of operating the service for you.

Don't submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates someone else. We may remove content and may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

If Raven later adds a surface where users can see each other's content, we will update these Terms and ship reporting and blocking tools before that surface goes live.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App: no scraping or automated access, no interfering with the service, no circumventing security, no impersonation, no using Raven for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The App, Raven branding, and our original content are owned by Raven and protected by law. Third-party event content belongs to its respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that event data is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from third-party events, tickets, or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.

13. Apple App Store terms

This App is licensed, not sold. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. You agree to comply with Apple's standard EULA and App Store Terms of Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the new effective date and notify you of material changes in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
